Reviews you write for others are an important part of building trust on SON. Depending on your membership level, you may be able to edit or delete reviews you’ve written.
Editing a Review (Premium Users Only)
Only Premium members can edit reviews they write for another user. This allows you to fix mistakes or add clarity.
Steps to Edit a Review (Computer):

Log into your SON account.

Click your profile image in the upper right.

Select View My Profile.

Under Reviews & Ratings, locate the review you wrote.

Click the three dots (…) next to it.

Select Edit Review.
➤ On a Mobile Device or PWA App:
The steps are the same as above.
Deleting a Review (All Users)
All members — including Standard members — can delete reviews they write. Once deleted, the review will no longer appear on the other user’s profile.
Steps to Delete a Review (Computer):

Log into your SON account.

Select View My Profile.

Under Reviews & Ratings, locate the review you wrote.

Click the three dots (…) next to it.

Select Delete Review.

Important Notes

Edits are Premium-only: Standard members cannot edit reviews, only delete them.

Deleted reviews are final: Once removed, they cannot be restored.

Fair use: Editing or deleting reviews must not be used to manipulate feedback dishonestly.
