If you believe a review violates SON’s standards, you can report it directly.
Steps to Report a Review
On a Computer:

Log into your SON account.

Click your profile image in the upper right corner.

Select View My Profile.

Under Reviews & Ratings, click on the number of reviews shown beneath the Star Ratings.

Locate the review you want to report and click the three dots (…) on the right.

Select Report Review.

The steps are the same as above.
Sending Your Report
After selecting Report Review, you’ll have the option to send a short note or message to the SON Site Admin/Policy Team explaining why you believe the review violates policy. Providing details helps our team investigate more effectively.
What Happens Next

Your report is sent to the moderation team.

The review will be evaluated against the 📜 SON Review Policy.

If it violates the rules, it may be removed and action may be taken against the reviewer’s account.
