If you believe a moderation decision about a review was made in error, you have the right to appeal. SON values fairness and ensures every member has the opportunity to provide additional context or evidence.
When You Can Appeal

A review you wrote was removed.

A review about you was left up after you reported it.

Your account was warned, suspended, or restricted due to a review-related issue.
How to Appeal
On a Computer:

Log into your SON account.

At the top of the page in the Main Menu, click More, then Help Center.

Search for Contact Support or contact us directly via the following link: SON Support / Contact Form

Fill in the form with details about the decision, and attach any supporting evidence.

In the subject line enter Review Admin Decision Appeal.

Submit your appeal for review.

What Happens Next

Independent Review: A different moderator or admin will review your case.

Fair Evaluation: They will check the decision against the 📜 SON Review Policy and your submitted evidence.

Outcome: Your appeal may result in the original decision being upheld, modified, or overturned.

Final Decision: Appeal outcomes are final and will be communicated to you via notification or email.

Response Time: Most appeals are reviewed within 3–5 business days, though complex cases may take longer.
